Skilled Nursing Facilities Vaccination Dashboard
Note: The Maryland Department of Health will update data weekly (based on facility self-reports to MDH). Some vaccination data may be unavailable due to the time lag between vaccine administration and data entry. All data are preliminary and subject to change based on additional reporting. If you have questions about vaccination or want to find out more, please visit covidvax.maryland.gov
or call 1-855-MD-GoVAX.
The incident appears to have affected some of our partners, including local health departments (LHD). At this time, there are no indications that any data has been compromised.
If you have concerns about a resident in a long-term care facility you may wish to contact your local ombudsman. Ombudsmen are advocates for residents of nursing homes and assisted living facilities. They work to resolve problems of individual residents and to bring about changes at the local, state, and national levels that will improve residents' care and quality of life. Ombudsman can be volunteers or paid employees that are independent of any conflict of interest with a long-term care facility. Services are free and confidential. To locate your local ombudsman or find out more about the program, visit https://aging.maryland.gov/Pages/state-long-term-care-ombudsman.aspx
